Which provinces and airports do you serve?

We deliver and collect in all 81 provinces of Türkiye and at 55 airports with scheduled flights. You can pick your points in the booking form.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

A valid driving licence, an ID or passport and a credit card in the driver's name. Economy and mid class require age 21 with a 1-year licence; premium and VIP groups require age 25 with a 3-year licence.

Is there an extra charge for airport delivery?

No. Airport meet and greet and curbside delivery are free of charge. If you provide your flight number, your car is held at no cost in case of delays.

Can I return the car in a different province?

Yes. For one-way rentals you can choose a different province or airport as the drop-off point. Any drop-off fee for that point is shown automatically on the booking screen.

How is the daily rate calculated?

Each vehicle has a single daily rate that does not change with the rental duration. The vehicle card shows two amounts: Pay Now is the daily rate when you pay in advance, and Pay at Office is the daily rate when you pay at pick-up. A refundable deposit is also stated for every vehicle.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash, bank transfer/EFT or credit card. After you create the booking online, our representative contacts you to complete the payment step.
